By accessing the 4kkbd website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 4kkbd, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who browses or otherwise accesses 4kkbd content.

4kkbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. To register and maintain an active account on 4kkbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using 4kkbd under any circumstance.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts.

• You must not be self-excluded from 4kkbd or subject to any active account suspension, ban, or restriction imposed by 4kkbd.

4kkbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same Bangladesh mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your obligations regarding your 4kkbd account include:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• You must notify 4kkbd customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, a security breach, or loss of control over your login credentials.
• 4kkbd will never ask for your password via live chat, email, social media, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent 4kkbd should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported to our support team.

4kkbd reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks at any stage of the customer relationship. This may include identity verification, address verification, and source-of-funds verification. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification may be suspended pending review and any withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4kkbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer from participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposit methods are subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 4kkbd does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods that were not used to fund your account.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be approved. Pending KYC checks will delay withdrawal processing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawing funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus.
• 4kkbd targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed same-day during standard banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

4kkbd does not charge processing fees on standard bKash or Nagad deposits or withdrawals. Fees charged by your mobile network operator or bank in connection with a transaction are outside 4kkbd's control and are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on 4kkbd unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one eligible account per household address, per IP address, and per mobile device. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus wallet and must be wagered the required number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified on each promotion's individual terms page.
• While a bonus is active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing a bet that exceeds this limit while a bonus is active may, at 4kkbd's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings associated with it.
• Bonuses have a specified validity period. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements at the time of bonus expiry will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date is shown in your account's active bonus section.
• 4kkbd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice if 4kkbd has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused, exploited, or accessed by ineligible players.

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players making their qualifying first deposit only. Existing account holders who close and re-register an account for the purpose of reclaiming a welcome bonus will be considered to be committing bonus abuse, and the bonus will be forfeited.

All bets placed on 4kkbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the betting market or game in question, as displayed within the platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on 4kkbd:

• Once a bet has been confirmed by the 4kkbd system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.

Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the stipulated timeframe, 4kkbd will settle affected bets in accordance with the sport-specific rules displayed on the platform.
• Casino game outcomes on 4kkbd are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical actions of a live dealer operating within a regulated studio environment. 4kkbd does not manipulate game outcomes. 4kkbd reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, are displayed on the relevant betting market or game page. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum payout figure.

4kkbd employs fraud detection systems that monitor account and transaction patterns continuously. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, 4kkbd may, without prior notice, suspend the account, freeze the account balance pending investigation, void all bets placed during the period under investigation, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms a violation.

All content appearing on the 4kkbd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 4kkbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 4kkbd name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive property of 4kkbd. Unauthorised use of any 4kkbd intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4kkbd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the platform or its contents; collect and use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; make any derivative use of the platform or its contents; download or copy account information for the benefit of another party; or use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4kkbd, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 4kkbd platform or its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall 4kkbd's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 4kkbd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such jurisdictions, 4kkbd's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4kkbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances in which 4kkbd may exercise this right include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Activities section.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 4kkbd, or provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• A valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring 4kkbd to restrict or close the account.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or prohibited activity, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If your account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to your conduct — for example, 4kkbd ceasing operations in a particular market — any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last used deposit method within a reasonable period.

4kkbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
